“My posture has slipped.” “My body hasn't come back since having a baby.” “I haven't moved much lately.” “I want more from my golf or tennis.” Whatever brings you in, we work through it together on the reformer.
A private Pacific Beach studio for up to two — no crowds, no mirrors full of strangers, no rushing.

Realigning posture and rebuilding deep core strength, session by session.
Gentle, structured care to find your body again after having a baby.
A sustainable way back in if you've been away from exercise for a while.
More control, rotation and stability for golf, tennis and beyond.

A guided 50-minute reformer session, two people maximum. We work posture, core and hips for whole-body balance — programmed for your level and what you want to change.
You'll work on a professional reformer in a fully-equipped Pacific Beach studio — with small props like a magic circle, resistance band or stability ball added to focus and progress your session.
Come solo, or share your session as a duo — couples and friends are welcome.

Kiki teaches posture, breathing and body mechanics one piece at a time, clearly and patiently. Beginners and anyone returning after a long break are welcome.

“Kiki teaches with such care that exercising is genuinely fun — and my range of motion already feels better than before.”

“Quiet strength work paced to your breath — it looks simple, but you really concentrate. Kiki adjusts the resistance so it never hurts. Partway through I realized it was training exactly the muscles I use for surfing.”
